Our Philosophy

For a 10 x 10 bedroom with no furniture and no ceiling you’re looking at $200 + HST and for ceilings we usually charge $300.

We usually take a downpayment of between 20 and 50% of the price for paint and materials.
This is the only payment expected until the painting is 100% complete and you’re fully satisfied with the level of work.
After the team is finished we make sure that we leave your house as clean as we found it. Our paint will be stored properly for touchups and all dust will be vacuumed up with our high powered shop-vac.
I like to give the customer my personal phone number after we are finished for direct communication. Our Guarantee doesn’t end when we’re finished painting.

How do you calculate for a full house?
If you know the square footage of your house pricing it becomes easy. If your house is 900 sq ft (a small bungalow) for walls you’d be looking at around $1800 then for ceiling and trim/doors you would be around $3000. this includes paint, materials and HST.
if your house is larger lets say in the 1800 sq foot range you would be looking at $3600 for walls and $4800 for trim and doors.
